d2m Services is seeking to hire an arrangement Supervisor to oversee and manage the interior outfitting activities for two Ro-Pax vessels during their construction at a shipyard in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all interior outfitting works, including passenger cabins, public areas, restaurants, and crew spaces, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure high-quality finishes, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and local teams to optimise workflow and progress.
  • Oversee the implementation of maritime construction standards, including safety regulations, material specifications, ergonomics, and compliance with SOLAS and ISO standards.
  • Provide regular reports to the project management team and client, highlighting progress and any deviations from the plan.
  • Participate in inspections and acceptance procedures alongside the owner’s representatives and classification society.

- Assurer la conformité des travaux avec les spécifications techniques et les règlementations applicables,

- Suivre la construction ou la conversion du navire en collaboration avec l'équipe de surveillance et l'équipage,

- Mettre à jour le planning du projet et faire le suivi budgétaire,
