Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, including orders and delivery details via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Provide information about menu items, nutritional information, product availability, and promotions.
- Assist customers with their orders, modifications, cancellations, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and service offerings to best assist customers.
