What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Moschato. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order processing, coordinating with customers and forwarders, and managing invoices. You will also maintain accurate records in SAP and Nemo to optimize logistics processes and ensure smooth shipping operations.

Ο νέος συνάδελφος θα ασχολείται με την ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση του τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού του οργανισμού με στόχο τη  διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας, της διαθεσιμότητας και της οργανωμένης διαχείρισης σε όλα τα στάδια του κύκλου ζωής του.

Στις καθημερινές αρμοδιότητες του ρόλου θα χρειάζεται να:

·         Απογράφεις, διακινείς και ταξινομείς τον μηχανογραφικό εξοπλισμό

·         Ελέγχεις και ενημερώνεις τα αποθέματα

·         Ενημερώνεις τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα διαχείρισης αποθήκης

·         Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς νέες διαδικασίες διαχείρισης εξοπλισμού

·         Εξάγεις αναφορές και στατιστικά αποθήκης

·         Προγραμματίζεις και παρακολουθείς τις επισκευές

·         Επικοινωνείς με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες

·         Συμμετέχεις σε έργα ανανέωσης του τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού
