We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own post-close success and growth across North & South America, ensuring client retention and deepening engagement with institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native firms. This is a critical commercial and technical role.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of active accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. You will be responsible for navigating complex technical environments that combine APIs, cloud deployments, legacy systems, and regulatory requirements, driving upsells and securing long-term partnerships.
