Als Technisch Consultant Microsoft 365 bij HSO Managed Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren, beheren en doorontwikkelen van de Microsoft 365-omgevingen van onze klanten. Je wordt een integraal onderdeel van het klantenteam en naast je advies, richt jij je op:  

·       Beheer en onderhoud van Microsoft 365-omgevingen (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive en Power Platform-componenten (PowerApps, Power Automate);

·       Functioneel beheer: analyseert gebruikersbehoeften, beheert rechten, workflows en documentstructuren, en optimaliseert processen;

·       Technisch beheer: bewaakt integraties, voert updates en configuraties uit, en lost incidenten en storingen op;

·       Beveiliging en compliance: waarborgt informatiebeveiliging, implementeert security policies (MFA, Conditional Access etc.) en bewaakt naleving;

·       Gebruikersadoptie en ondersteuning: ondersteunt eindgebruikers, verzorgt trainingen en documentatie, en stimuleert optimaal gebruik van Microsoft 365-functionaliteiten;
