Pour notre client, nous recherchons un Assistant Superintendant pour rejoindre ses équipes à Marseille. Sous la supervision du Superintendant, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la coordination des opérations quotidiennes.

Responsabilités :

Assistance Opérationnelle :

  • Assister le Superintendant dans la planification, l'organisation et la supervision des activités quotidiennes.
  • Gérer les plannings en veillant au respect des délais

Gestion de Projet :

    • Préparer et soumettre des rapports détaillés sur l'avancement des projets et les performances des navires.
    • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations nationales et internationales.

Relations Fournisseurs et Sous-Traitants :

    • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
    • Organiser des services à bord, y compris la planification et la coordination des visites des inspecteurs à bord des navires.

Gestion Administrative et Financière :

    • Suivre la facturation et assurer la gestion administrative des paiements et des contrats.
    • Gérer les achats et veiller à l'approvisionnement des matériaux et équipements nécessaires.
    • Suivre les claims et assurer leur traitement rapide et efficace.
