Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 (Base Salary) + Significant Equity

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead AI Engineer

Location: Remote (US, excluding California) or Hybrid in Brentwood, TN

Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000 (Base Salary) + Discretionary Incentive

Key Responsibilities

1-Market Intelligence & External Analysis

2-Monitor developments in local and global financial markets, including interest rate trends, yield curves, and central bank policy shifts.

3-Track mortgage market dynamics, including housing finance trends, primary and secondary mortgage rates, and relevant indexes.

4-Analyze NDMC issuances, Sukuk market activity, and competitor funding transactions to identify pricing benchmarks and investor appetite.

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, direction, evaluation and continuous improvement of the assigned project. The incumbent oversees both operational and administrative components to ensure that the project is in compliance with VHA policies, directives, and performance metrics.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and overall project success. Using Microsoft Project, the Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks to the project timeline.
