Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, this is a high-impact, high-autonomy role designed for an ambitious recruiter who wants to shape the hiring strategy of a scaling startup. About the Role 

The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert is responsible for enhancing the performance of our clients’ websites by implementing data-driven strategies that maximize their conversion rates. 

This position plays a key role in analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing changes to improve overall site performance. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members.
