Their mission is to make justice radically more accessible by building the infrastructure to automate administrative legal work, starting with personal injury. They are looking for a product-minded Software Engineer who wants to solve high-impact problems with urgency and ownership. You will be instrumental in turning the chaos of paper-based legal bottlenecks into clarity using well-designed systems and thoughtful software.

What You’ll Do

Our client is a well-funded, early-stage AI company with a bold mission to reinvent wealth management. They are building a unified, AI-native platform to automate the entire wealth management stack, which is one of the largest and most fragmented sectors in financial services. With a $15.5M seed round from top-tier VCs like General Catalyst and Venrock, and a team of just three employees, this is a unique opportunity to join a de-risked company with extensive runway and existing partnerships.

As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll be employee number three and will play a mission-critical role in scaling the company from the ground up. You will own major technical domains and work directly with the founder to establish the core technical foundations. The ability to close the end-to-end process quickly is a key part of the company culture.

You will be responsible for:

• Building core platform components that unify fragmented wealth management tools.
• Designing and building end-to-end AI-powered workflows that automate financial advisor processes.
