We've spent the last two years rebuilding the platform from the ground up: new customer app, new Pro onboarding, job distribution engine, and data infrastructure. The foundation is solid. Now we're moving into expanded service verticals, dynamic pricing, and AI-powered features at scale. Quality needs to keep up.

Our stack is PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native, with Cypress as our primary test framework. We actively use Claude Code as part of our engineering workflow, not as an experiment, but as a core part of how we work.

The Role

As we scale into new service verticals and grow the engineering team, quality can't be reactive. This role exists to make quality proactive: owning the automation coverage, shaping the bug process, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and the Data team to catch problems before they reach customers.

We're a small, high-output recruiting team that fills roles fast — 31-day average time-to-fill for non-evergreen roles, 30% faster than the SHRM benchmark. We hire across Growth/Marketing, Product, Engineering (LATAM), Design, and Executive functions. Our current open searches include Director-level, Staff Engineer, and Senior Product roles. The team uses Workable as our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter as our primary sourcing channel.

The Role

You are the team's dedicated sourcer. You don't own requisitions end-to-end — you own the top of the funnel for every search that needs outbound talent. Your job is to find, engage, and deliver qualified candidates to the recruiters who manage each role.

The Role

You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives. This is a fixed-term employment contract from July to September. The role may be extended or converted into a regular position depending on performance and business needs. Our Remote Customer Service Representative position offers a great opportunity to join a supportive team focused on helping our customers and providers have a smooth, positive experience. You’ll handle calls, chats, emails, and callbacks while guiding users through app navigation, payments, scheduling, and service questions. We’re looking for someone who brings strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills, and who enjoys delivering great service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls, callback queues, chats, and email support.
• Manage 300+ weekly contacts (customer + provider support).
• Assist with app navigation, payments, scheduling, and service issues.
• Deliver high-quality service, meet performance expectations, and maintain policy compliance.
• Ensure strong communication, de-escalation, and issue resolution.

Work Schedule 

Operations run Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM CST and Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.

You will render a minimum of forty (40) hours of work per week or as may be required by the operational schedule.

The Role

The Sr. Automation Engineer in Austin, Texas will serve in a hands-on role responsible for the evaluation and testing of the LawnStarter platform. As a key player in the Company's Engineering operations reporting to LawnStarter’s Engineering Manager and indirectly to the Head of Engineering. The Sr. Automation Engineer will collaborate with software developers and engineers (majority based in Brazil) and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automated solutions for various processes and systems, utilizing industry-leading automation technologies. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within continental U.S.
