ASIC Repair Engineer - Bitmain (USA)

Your goal is to return units to production quickly and with high quality, maximize fleet uptime, keep accurate CRM records and repair reports, and follow ESD and safety standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults on hashboards and control boards at the component level
  • Perform BGA rework and SMD soldering
  • Identify chip failures and power-rail issues on boards
  • Replace or repair hashboard power circuits
  • Repair control boards and restore firmware where needed
  • Configure and bring up equipment after repair
  • Maintain CRM records and complete repair reports

Requirements

  • Hands-on repair experience with Bitmain S19 XP, S21, T21 — mandatory
  • Solid electronics fundamentals and ability to read schematics
  • 1+ year of component-level repair of mining equipment
  • Proven experience repairing computing hardware
