The mid-level Tester / QA will join a dynamic team and ensure the quality and reliability of the company's software. The role involves planning and executing manual and automated testing, identifying and tracking defects, and working closely with developers and stakeholders to support high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

Test Planning & Documentation

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
  
• Define testing strategies based on requirements.
  
• Prepare test data and maintain QA documentation.
  
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify potential risks.
  

Manual Testing

• Create and execute manual test cases for new features and modules.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
  
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and edge cases.
  
• Log, track, and verify defects throughout the defect lifecycle.

The Platform team builds and operates the shared foundation used by multiple GoMining products — core application infrastructure, authentication, integrations, analytics events, user restrictions, native applications, design systems, reliability, and other shared services.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business.

You will need to balance long-term platform investments in reliability, architecture, and security with high-priority business requests where a relatively small technical change can directly unlock revenue.

This is not a pure infrastructure or engineering management role. You will own the Platform direction end-to-end — strategy, roadmap, delivery, metrics, team, and its impact on the wider business.
