What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

As a Customer Expert (CE), you will utilize positive language to interact with Spanish-speaking customers across three primary channels: inbound calls, chat, and email.

  • Consultative Sales: Help users navigate the online storefront. You will follow a scripted framework to uncover customer desires, compare devices, and successfully close the sale.
  • E-Commerce Service: Provide top-tier after-sales support. You will manage logistic and shipping scenarios, taking charge when packages are delayed or when a customer needs to cancel or return an order.
  • Dual Expertise: You will begin your journey focusing on either sales or service, and then transition into mandatory cross-skilling after 30 days to become a master of both tracks.

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC), Veteran Directed Care (VDC) Program is currently implemented at all Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC).
