Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s website, social media pages, and marketing content, ensuring alignment with HQ and adapting messages to different target audiences.
- Coordinate with external advertising agencies and partners to implement marketing campaigns.
- Organize, promote, and support the company’s participation in conferences, presentations, and events, including those hosted in the showroom.
- Welcome and consult showroom visitors, providing functional guidance on products and registering leads in the CRM system for follow-up.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the showroom and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and showroom interactions.
