The first vessel is scheduled to join the fleet in early January 2027, followed by the second new build vessel later in 2027. Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the company’s field-based specimen collection operation, including staffing, training, compliance, and productivity, including the supervision of Lab Services staff covering a specific region. Ensures all Lab Services staff provide prompt, courteous, and reliable service to clients, patients, and colleagues.
