Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm & 2pm-430pm and Friday- 9am-2pm

The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health.  As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required

Full Time Female Specimen Collector Phlebotomist II 

Location: Elizabethtown, KY,

Schedule: Full Time. Schedule Varies (30 hours/week)dates required for observed collections of gender identified male/female patients. 

Candidates must be willing to travel between Elizabethtown and Owensboro

This is a traveling position which receives mileage reimbursement.  A clean MVR, active driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

This is achieved through Lean-Agile delivery of clinical practice solutions that support best practice standards for clinical care. OHI is further responsible for ensuring the success of the modernized VA EHR, Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner through continuous exploration, integration, deployment and release on demand of Integrated Health Technology (IHT) solutions. These efforts aim to increase Veterans' access to care and support their active participation in their healthcare. Gritter Francona is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to help support a potential project to assist this objective.

As a Specimen Collector II: 

Gritter Francona is looking for an EHR Provisioning Analyst to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

This individual will support planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing. The Analyst will ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes and collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements.
