Schedule: Full-Time | Monday 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday-Friday: 8:00am-3:00pm (37 hours/week)

Schedule: Full Time: Core Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with occasional Saturdays.

The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Service department by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
