Als Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van hoogwaardige consultancydiensten op het gebied van Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het implementeren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, met een focus op het financiële domein gericht op professional services markt.

Je bent onderdeel van een klantteam (ca 10 collega’s) waarbij je gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk bent voor de klanten die in het team bediend worden. Je doet het dus niet alleen, je neemt deel in projecten om de lifecycle van onze klanten optimaal te leren kennen en te bedienen. Naast het afhandelen van verstoringen en wijzigingsverzoeken/optimalisaties geef je dus ook advies om de klantprocessen te optimaliseren.

Jij weet onze klanten iedere dag weer blij te maken door te komen met dé oplossing waardoor zij weer kunnen werken. Hou je van veel klantcontant, ben je proactief, vind je het leuk om te analyseren, klanten te adviseren en je creativiteit aan te wenden om problemen op te lossen en processen te optimaliseren, dan is dit jouw droombaan! Je richt je op:

·        Het samenwerken met collega’s binnen klantteam professional servies, om zo de maximale waarde voor onze klanten en opdrachten te realiseren;

·        Het oplossen van incidenten, het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van  (met name financiële) processen aan onze klanten;

Wil je samen bouwen aan leuke projecten? Krijg je energie van het uitwerken van complexe vraagstukken en het adviseren van klanten in hun bedrijfsprocessen? Als senior consultant manufacturing sleutel je in wisselende projectteams aan het ontwerp, de realisatie en implementatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 voor klanten in de productie-industrie. Met jouw kennis zet je rock-solid oplossingen neer bij onze klanten, stuk voor stuk indrukwekkende spelers die jou een unieke inkijk geven in hun business (van shopfloor tot data analytics).

Requirements

• Je bent een ondernemende teamspeler en een pro actieve consultant op alle niveaus, van eindgebruiker tot management.
• Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief vaardig, leergierig en analytisch.
• Je wil het naadje van de kous weten (en kunnen uitleggen) als het gaat om bedrijfsapplicaties en hoe deze bedrijfsprocessen van de klant kunnen ondersteunen en verbeteren.
• Je integreert soepel in een team en gaat voor een goede samenwerking met klanten en collega’s.
• Je bent ambitieus en je wilt je graag verbinden aan een organisatie die gaat voor de lange termijn.
• Oftewel: jij zoekt uitdaging om je te ontwikkelen en om je loopbaan verder vorm te geven.
