We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technicianto join our team at Castle Park (74 homes) located in Castle Rock, CO. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian
• Very good communication skills in English
