The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.

This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you. It also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members. You will be responsible for supplying the information your team needs to ensure that all marketing campaigns are written, designed, and executed as well as possible. Your goal as an Account Manager is to assist your clients in meeting their revenue goals using the products and services of our company.

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.

Customer Care Specialist for Mercedes-German Speakers (Relocation incl.)

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join our team supporting the Mercedes-Benz project. The role involves providing frontline customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.

Your tasks include handling customer contacts covering:

Roadside Assistance (RSA)

  • 24/7 breakdown support following strict safety guidelines
  • Recovery assistance for vehicles to dealerships
  • B2B & B2C customer support
  • Collecting customer & vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.)

Connected Mobility Services (CMS)

  • Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services
  • Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services
  • Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring
  • Inform customers about features included in service packages
  • Basic troubleshooting; complex issues escalated to Backdesk

Customer Service (CS)

  • Handle first-line inquiries: warranties, maintenance appointments, dealership details, workshop complaints, goodwill requests, list-price/tax inquiries, and general technical documentation
  • Provide support to demanding luxury clients, often in sensitive situations

Credit Control Officer

We are seeking to recruit a Credit Control Officer on behalf of our client, a Property Management Services company based in Paphos. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and effective collection of accounts receivable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
  • Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
  • Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
  • Provide accurate advice on billing queries
  • Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
  • Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
  • Negotiate re-payment plans
  • Initiate legal proceedings in case clients fail or refuse to pay on time
  • Liaise with debt collection agencies and external legal advisors as required
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
