We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper Maintenance to join our team at Mountain View Estates (81 homes) located in Longmont, CO. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.

As a Project Surveyor, you will take ownership of the survey scope on projects within decommissioning, renewables, and geophysical operations. From tendering and mobilisation to offshore execution and final delivery, you will play a key role in achieving successful project outcomes. The role offers varied responsibilities and close collaboration with project teams, clients, and department leadership. The Account Manager role is field-based and requires daily travel in the territory.

The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
