Main Responsibilities :

CRO Selection & Contracting : Involvement in CRO selection (proposal analysis, bid defense meetings), budget estimation, financial/legal negotiation, and follow-up on contract approvals.
CRO Oversight: Leading the CRO kick-off meeting, reviewing user documentation, managing technical specifications, and coordinating input from internal stakeholders.

Join DOF's growth as a ROV Supervisor!
We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects.
As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems. You will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, promoting clear communication, and ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Leading by example is essential, as you will set the standard for operational excellence, teamwork, and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the ROV operations.
