Account Executive, Advertising Agency
Our client, a well-established, independent advertising and communications agency based in Nicosia, working with ambitious brands across multiple industries, is currently hiring an experienced Account Executive, with solid agency experience who understands both the creative and commercial sides of agency life — and knows how to turn ideas into well-executed work.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of accounts, manage projects with confidence, and act as a reliable link between clients, creative teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients and building trusted, long-term relationships
Managing client accounts from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and day-to-day coordination
Translating business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, digital, and production teams
Coordinating and overseeing integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, radio, outdoor, and other channels
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign evaluations
Contributing to strategic discussions and offering input on campaign direction and execution
Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and collaborators when required
