This position coordinates shop workflow, assists technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs, maintains high-quality standards, and helps the department achieve its productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished automotive technician and proven leader who can effectively coach technicians, collaborate with service advisors and management, and ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and efficiently.
