Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, airline services, and travel regulations via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and baggage policies to ensure customer understanding.
- Assist customers with changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with airline and operational teams to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Stay informed about changes in aviation protocols and service offerings to better assist customers.
