Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, ticket bookings, baggage policies, and other aviation-related services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate and timely information while demonstrating a high level of customer care and professionalism.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to booking changes, cancellations, and complaints.
- Document customer inquiries and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with other departments, including operations and technical support, to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
