Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and parts via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian.
- Provide assistance with vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance schedules.
- Help customers navigate the purchasing process and answer any questions they may have.
- Resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
