  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including API requests, data flows, and integrations;

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and identifying growth opportunities;
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges;

Requirements

  • Ability to demonstrate 2 years offshore experience in ROV operations as a Senior Pilot Tech (Sub Engineer).
  • Relevant qualifications and/or recognised Australian technical trade certification.
  • Documented IMCA base competency logbook is beneficial with an IMCA based certification.
  • Experienced with ROV Work Class systems particularly with XLX’s or equivalent.
  • OGUK Medical, BOSIET CAEBS certifications are required.
  • Holda current MISC.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented.
