Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information regarding product features, current promotions, and service availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide effective support and recommendations.
