Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products, policies, and claims via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
- Provide information on policy details, coverage options, and premium inquiries.
- Assist customers with claims processing and address any concerns they may have.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations to provide accurate assistance.
