For one of our clients, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer, remotely from Canada.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in the automation, integration, and system administration of critical infrastructure. You'll ensure the seamless operation of production systems used by millions of users while developing and maintaining tools and processes that empower the engineering team. This role requires you to apply your skills in scripting, automation, and system management to improve workflows, scalability, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and senior management will be essential to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement in the organization.

You will be a member of our After Sales Support team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations. Your main focus area will be to provide technical service-related after sales support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products.
