Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to public services, policies, and regulations via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Provide accurate information on available government resources and services to customers.
- Assist customers with the application processes for public services and benefits.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with government agencies and departments to provide current information and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about changes in policies and services to better assist customers.
