Du betreust deutschsprachige Dyson-Kund:innen und hilfst ihnen, das Beste aus ihren Produkten herauszuholen – von der Fehlerbehebung bis zur Beratung zu Funktionen und Reparaturen. Kein Technikprofi? Kein Problem. Du erhältst eine umfassende, bezahlte Schulung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Anrufen, Nachrichten und E-Mails von Dyson-Nutzer:innen
  • Unterstützung bei Produktfragen, Troubleshooting und Anwendungstipps
  • Abwicklung von Garantien, Reparaturen und Ersatzanfragen
  • Produktempfehlungen passend zu den Bedürfnissen der Kund:innen
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven und reibungslosen Customer Experience
