What you’ll be doing:

LawnStarter is seeking Internal Quality Assurance Specialists to support our Sales and Operations teams. In these roles, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal evaluations of customer and client interactions (Sales or Operations, depending on role) and provide actionable feedback to team members
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, and partner with team leads to develop and implement solutions
  • Develop, document, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in service quality
