Director of Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Luxury Hospitality Management Company based in Cyprus, a Director of Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology, who will report directly to the Board of Directors and work in close collaboration with the Director of Business Development, the Director of Corporate Affairs & Communication, and the General Managers of the Hotels. He will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing the marketing operating infrastructure across the Company’s luxury hotel portfolio.
This role ensures that the marketing strategy set by leadership is translated into structured, measurable and scalable execution across all properties. The position carries full accountability for marketing operations, marketing technology, vendor governance and team development, supporting portfolio growth and operational excellence.
This role may operate under a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with remote work, subject to business needs.
