This knowledge will be used to create detailed script briefs for chosen content creators, matching their brand guidelines and including full video footage concepts for the creative campaign.

In addition, the Ads Creative Strategist will be required to contact and liaise with potential content creators in order to put a team together for each project. Performing quality control duties on the received content to ensure that it meets guidelines will also be a part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative and creative approach towards food and menu development, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine, offering a unique dining experience for our guests, establishing our signature restaurant to the high standards of quality that already associated with group.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
