• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home (approximately 1,232 sq. ft.). The home includes 2 covered porches, a 10x10 shed with lofts for storage, a laundry room with storage. Office is attached to the home for an easy commute.  *Living on site is required*

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Shareholder Relations Manager / Corporate Secretary who will be responsible for operational and administrative processes related to shareholders and corporate governance procedures.

This role combines corporate governance, shareholder relations, documentation management, and coordination with registrars, legal, and finance teams.

The position is especially important for companies with a growing number of shareholders and active corporate processes.

Responsibilities

Corporate Governance & Shareholder Relations

• Maintain and manage the shareholder register in cooperation with registrars and external providers.
• Prepare and support General Shareholders’ Meetings, including:
• distribution of notices and voting materials
• organization of voting procedures
• vote counting
• preparation of meeting minutes and corporate documentation
• Coordinate dividend distribution processes together with registrars and banking partners.
• Support disclosure procedures and corporate reporting requirements.

Shareholder Support

• Handle shareholder inquiries related to:

- dividends

- personal data updates

- share ownership questions

- registration and operational requests

• Coordinate share transfer procedures, including:

- inheritance

- gifting
