• Job Title:Maintenance Supervisor
• Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Other Compensation: The position includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment
• On-Call Rotation Schedule: Participation in after-hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked.

Position Summary:

• Manter e controlar roupas de cama, mesa e banho limpas e em quantidade suficiente.
• Controlar utensílios de uso, materiais de higiene pessoal e realizar limpeza de áreas comuns e camarotes.
• Verificar a validade de provisões e manter registros precisos, limpeza e conservação de áreas como cozinha, refeitório, câmaras frigoríficas e paióis.
• Higienização diária ou conforme necessário dos utensílios e equipamentos utilizados.
• Realizar o controle da limpeza e manutenção dos camarotes e dependências.
• Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de hotelaria terceirizada, se houver.
• Cumprir as normas da empresa, comunicar irregularidades e garantir que os serviços sejam executados com qualidade e dentro dos prazos.
• Auxiliar ou substituir o cozinheiro, preparando refeições como café da manhã, sobremesas e lanches.
• Seguir as orientações do manual de boas práticas para preparação e higienização.
• Cumprir com as normas de segurança e higiene, utilizando uniformes e Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) conforme exigido.
