About the role:

Reporting into the Sales Director, Western Canada, this B2B role involves building merchant relationships and partnering directly with the owners, finance managers and sales agents. This role will work on the Home Improvement portfolio and support conversations around demo-ing or training for our consumer financing platform. 

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player with a positive attitude, and is a strong and personable communicator. About the role:

The Bilingual Merchant Onboarding Specialist supports driving Financeit’s growth, ensuring new merchants are successfully onboarded and actively using our platform to fund financing volume. You’ll be responsible for prospecting and signing up new merchants, guiding them through the approval process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. You’ll also maintain regular communication with merchants to keep them informed and engaged up until their account is onboarded. 

What you'll be doing:

Motia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will utilise advanced sales techniques and our portfolio of Fuel Cards (Shell, BP, Esso, Texaco, Allstar, and more) and fleet products to effectively guide prospects throughout the sales process.

Please note this is an office-based Sales role working from our Bellshill office within Strathclyde Business Park. Please check your commute to ML4 3RA before applying, there is free parking available on site, but public transport links can be limited.
