Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding entertainment services, including streaming, subscriptions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide information on current promotions, service updates, and content availability.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to content access and usage.
- Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work collaboratively with the product and technical teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Stay current on new releases, features, and services to provide informed support to customers.
