Property Management Specialist

Our Team is expanding and we’re looking for a Property Management Specialist who will be responsible for the management of rental agreements, conduct the main communication with tenants about setting appointments, property management agreements & utility bills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting rental agreement & property management agreements
  • Oversee the period of rental agreements
  • Deliver agreements to tax representatives for tax registration
  • Communication with tenants for guarantee deposit, utility bills etc
  • Provide property management services to building managers

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service/Back office
  • Experience in Real Estate industry will be appreciated
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Time management skills
  • Multi-tasking attitude
  • Attention to detail
