Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about healthcare policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
- Assist customers with claims processing, service scheduling, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and document details in the CRM system.
