As a Crewing Coordinator, you will be a member in DOFs Crewing department, a dynamic and collaborative team of motivated, positive, and enthusiastic employees. You will be the key person responsible for crewing and coordinating offshore personnel.

DOF is seeking expressions of interest for current and future job opportunities from highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable Integrated Ratings (IR) with a (II/5 and III/5) certification. DOF operates Subsea, Anchor Handling Tug Supply and/or Platform Supply Vessels within the Oil and Gas Industry and requires Integrated Ratings with experience in the industry and on these vessel types. Join our team as a Crewing Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for offshore personnel coordination across our Asia Pacific operations. You’ll manage mobilisation, compliance, and logistics for a wide range of vessel-based roles including Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Marine Crew, and Supervisory teams.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation.
• Ensure crew competencies and certifications meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Coordinate visa applications and mobilisation logistics.
• Maintain accurate records across HR and crewing systems.
