We are hiring on behalf of our client, Ultimate Group, a global leader in fintech media, marketing, and events, for the position of Sales Director. Through recognised brands such as iFX EXPO, Finance Magnates Summits, REALTYon, Finance Magnates, Investing Live, and UF Agency, Ultimate Group creates platforms that connect industries, drive business growth, and shape meaningful international connections across trading, investing, fintech, real estate, and financial services.

We are looking for a Sales Director for the Events Division to lead and drive the commercial growth of Ultimate Group’s events portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial experience within the online trading, fintech, financial services, or adjacent B2B event industries, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem and key market participants.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for sales strategy, revenue generation, team leadership, client relationships, and commercial performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Lead and execute the overall sales strategy across the event portfolio to achieve revenue growth, commercial targets, and client retention.
