Business Development Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client a Business Development Manager to identify and convert new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sustainable revenue growth through tailored, performance-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client marketing challenges, goals, and business needs
- Track all activity and pipeline performance in CRM systems
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech and digital marketing
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Build, nurture and grow relationships with clients to drive repeated business and long-term partnerships
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking) targeting decision-makers
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager
