The Head of Client Services, will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing services, with a strong emphasis on PR. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining daily communication to understand their needs and foster long-term relationships.
  •  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and identifying opportunities to add value to their business.

Marketing Services Oversight:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing services with a focus on PR deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Supervise the development of PR roadmaps and review PR reports prior to client distribution to ensure accuracy and quality.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Waste Management Manager to join our facility in Drapetsona, as a part of the Waste Management Department. This role will report to the Waste Management Senior Manager and will be responsible for waste management, with duties involving coordination, supervision, process optimization, cost calculation, partnership development, and regulatory compliance. The role includes liaising with clients and authorities, monitoring financial and operational metrics, and supporting the department’s strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in waste classification,  regulatory compliance, familiarity with regulations regarding waste transportation , excellent organizational and crisis management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and identify challenges and potential solutions.
