Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director (“RSD”) position is responsible for revenue generation from travel agency partners and direct management of all aspects of Crystal Cruises’ business development in an assigned geographic territory. The RSD is responsible for increasing sales and achieving established Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for Crystal Cruises. The role includes liaising with clients and authorities, monitoring financial and operational metrics, and supporting the department’s strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in waste classification,  regulatory compliance, familiarity with regulations regarding waste transportation , excellent organizational and crisis management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and identify challenges and potential solutions.
