We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our project execution teams in either the Attica Region or Northern Greece, supporting large-scale construction works on-site. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects in the waste management and energy sector.

Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of all on-site activities, ensuring that work progresses according to the project’s timeline, scope, and budget. With a strong emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, the successful candidate will oversee the performance of construction teams and subcontractors, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and client representatives. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving capabilities to ensure seamless execution at every stage.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Waste Management Manager to join our facility in Drapetsona, as a part of the Waste Management Department. This role will report to the Waste Management Senior Manager and will be responsible for waste management, with duties involving coordination, supervision, process optimization, cost calculation, partnership development, and regulatory compliance. The role includes liaising with clients and authorities, monitoring financial and operational metrics, and supporting the department’s strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in waste classification,  regulatory compliance, familiarity with regulations regarding waste transportation , excellent organizational and crisis management skills, and the ability to work under pressure and identify challenges and potential solutions.
