Role Overview

Reporting to the Financial Manager, this role is responsible for evaluating the financial performance of the company by analyzing actual results and comparing them with plans and forecasts. Also, responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the company, including the maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls. Requirements

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an international ship management company, a dynamic IT Operations Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Company device administration and support ensuring that systems are designed to specification and monitored effectively.
• Setup, support, monitor and maintain network devices and telephony infrastructure across company sites.
• Monitor, setup, and check backups so there is recovery in case of systems failure.
• Administration and support of all Microsoft technologies included in Microsoft 365 and especially Exchange.
• Intune support for managing company devices remotely.
• Responsible for implementing any Group Policy Objects and Active Directory requirements.
• Assist the Information Security Manager with ISO27001 requirements of IT systems.
• Implementation of security best practices as per management recommendations.
• Carry out any other duty assigned by the IT Operations Lead.
