The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for driving the quality of engineering practices within a team, identifying and implementing cross-team improvements, and directly contributing to product development. This role requires technical leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to continuous improvement in our software building and maintenance processes.

Reporting to the Head of Economic Risk & Strategy, you will play a critical role in strategic research, simulation, and risk analysis for market-leading protocols. Head of Growth - Institutional On-Chain Liquidity Layer

We are now expanding the team for O2, a new, early-stage project: a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) running on our modular execution layer.
